Yo,

People always say "Creatine only holds back water and adds no lean muscle mass. It makes you bloated and adds water for no sole purpose."

I have watched the video of Dr. Mike who hold a PhD in Sport Physiology and is fucking wide aswell and he has gone through a recent study, suggesting that what I have quoted above was right. Then he implemented this study in the aspect of all the other studies combined and has said that creatine adds to hypertrophy in the muscle fibers and this kind of stuff, allowing more volume and therefore gaining more muscle mass.

My question, should everyone start taking creatine now, and not taking five grams a day is cope?

Creatine is in raw meat. Just eat raw meat instead of taking shitty supplement

The problem would be getting the raw meat, and digesting some powder would definetly taste better.

Creatine isn't gonna do much, but it can help a little bit in getting a couple extra reps and filling out your muscles.

The potential issue is that because it draws water into your muscles, that would also mean your face. People think it doesn't affect your face, but your face is full of muscles.

What I'd do is try taking 5g/day for a few weeks. See how you look, and if you see no differences (take pictures) then keep at it. But if it bloats you, then maybe it's not worth it.

.org has an own thread regarding roids.
Also I've read various articles on Wikipedia, for example this one, in german in my case.

Yes, creatine works but is only is what it is, a supplement, so not expect roid-like results.

Many people don't know but creatine is also a nootropic and has been to improve mental focus and energy.
