My premaxilla or area around nose is pretty underdeveloped
, i also have over bite that makes my chin look recessed
maybe ill achive better results if combined with rhinoplasty and lip lift, i got 19-20 mm philtrum

If u have an overbite get braces as well

Looks reasonable altough i havent seen tons of result on paranasals, you could also get filler, altough an implant is ofcourse ideal
