Also risk of death is very low but risk of nerve damage or other complications such like blindness are high enough to think about it
Honestly its pipe dream, you can get same results with implants.

I appreciate it, but I think that implants will best enhance looks that have been made through lefort. And is this risk of damage the same with the modified version which is less invasive

no doctor will perform LF3 on you and most people here will never have enough money to convince anyone to do it, modifed version is nothing compared to normal one
honestly think about other options, friendly advice just forget about it

this is stupid implants on the mid face region look so gay and ugly. it just make you look bloated it doesn't move the bite or nose forward. best option would be lefort 2 + orbital rim implant.

i dont know, you will do whatever u want, i read a lot about all surgeries and for me personally potential gains of these surgeries arent worth potential risk, time and money.
