First of all gym is cope. Second of all if u have been gymming for as long as I did at avg height (3 years) you are basically at ur ceiling so no drive more to actually go gym. Cuz zero progress. And roids are bad idea cuz then u are just nichemaxxing and risking trt for life and ur hair and skin so overall u will descend for girls. Third of all cuz Ive been gymmaxxing everyday for 3 yrs I had no time to parties frinds games gooning and watching shows and movies. Like I almost only gymmed. It paid off I d say I am at my peak regarding muscle mass Just have to lean down to show it. All I do is maintaining with around 2 hours a week full body. Prior I did atleast 10 hrs weekly.

I did that and what results? I got better sleep, the bloat has lessened, I am living a happier life, I do not care much about looks anymore cuz I am busy with other things. Atp I accepted my genes and my hard work and I ll just settle with some becky sometime. Becoming a “slayer” is worse than settling down with your looksmatch. LTRs are true satisfaction. I am around the border of mtn-htn. At my peak I was at the border of htn-cl. Which pretty good. Only diff is facial fat which I gained due to bulking. Fourth of all I have lots of experience on how to fraud ur looks so that ppl think u are chadlite plus. So more time in this shit is a waste Ive gotten most info already. Gym is also hella boring. Even the pumps have become boring. So yeah. This is my experience.

If u didnt read I understand but yeah rep if u can. I might go on a break soon enough for longer period of time so reps wont matter that much to me.

what i would recommend for a situation like this is to try to find a love for powerlifting
once general and localized strength is at a really high level, making hypertrophic gains are more enjoyable and easier to come by
 
I agree at average height it can ruin porportions if your taller it can help smv

Holy jester. I swear I did that for 4 weeks straight like couple hours a week. And my relatives told me I look exact same and also the lifts havent changed. It is like a chore for me these day

I think you should be doing everything to increase smv even tho face is law i can only think its a net positive to put muscle in the right places especially at 6ft is a good height. 5'11 ft - 6ft3 for muscle "imo"

Ostarine is nothing in my book plus the bloat made my chest look small. Wide hips is main flaw. Because of insane waist bloat my insertions look weird but leanmaxxed they were top tier besides the hips

ive seen someroiders with atrocious chest insertions being slayers. So insertions arent all that important. My chest inserts are good. Almost no gap

It’s an alright physique but not enough for a body halo like I said.
My frame is good in clothes. Girls only look at shoulders arms and abs. Rest is utter cope. Especially chest. No one bats an eye to chest cuz u cant see much of it in clothes etc

To be honest the most compliments i ever got was when i was at my smalles/leanest . At one point i dirty bulked and looked my worst since i was natty . Most important thing is staying lean year round and being consistent you dont need to look like a bodybuilder.
