Since no gym in sight and no equipment I download this Nike training app
But without equipment there are only workouts for thicccer ass and ABS
But since I want a bigger biceps I cooked before hand 400g beef with no side dishes for protein and ate it and done 20 push-ups
When will results show ? Already waiting 10 minutes
