I'd say the best way to get a good idea of what you look like IRL is have someone else take pics of you and make a video of you in motion using a good quality professional camera.

1. Take selfie picture (or selfie video from a distance) with iPhone default camera ---> that's how you look like in real life & to other people.
2. Snapchat pics look better since it's mirrored by default (not reality but what you see in the mirror).

If you look bad with the default front camera selfie then you ugly . Take any attractive person's selfie picture and flip it, odds are they will still look the same. If you really want to know how you look like to strangers then take a professional dslr 52mm picture. I believe humans see around 50mm.

i think recordering yourself with a webcam is the best way tbh since theres no lens distortion etc,
