Look into Fibrosis and it's buildup.

Yes.

Yes, ideal if you ask me. You have a higher chance of actually forming new bone possibly with a massage gun then the hammer. Make sure to do it everywhere not just chin and zygos (Ramus, mandible, supras) Im also experimenting with infras currently.

Anything u can recommend so it won't interfere with my skin
And I can maintain both
Use a thin towel and disinfect whatever object you are using. That way your skin never comes in contact with the object directly but the force is basically identical. Use Tret, Azelaic, Hydroquinone and the rest if it gets bad.

Very lightly and only outer corners as of now. I use a massage gun without the ball at the top.
Slowly started to get more of the inner corners and cleary can see results with just using knuckles and tapping

30 sec per spot is enough.

1 set of 30 seconds a day is good?

Some people notice results, depending wich bone they target.

Its mostly scary tissue and swelling forming around the area. So it can do something to the skin but it dosent really do much or even ANYTHING to the bones.

can u genuinely give methods that help u the most? :)
i bs'ed a lot but mainly only my zygos, puberty burnt away a lot of baby fat, fixed my diet so all the inflammation went down, got a good haircut to balance my facial proportions, my bodyfat went down too since i started working out which revealed more of my structure. Mewing too but i feel like the differences r quite negligible irl since i started at 12 and mouth breathed the rest of my life due to allergies. Ive also been on tret for a while now since i had some serious scarring and uneven coloring.
