I eat 5 a day. too bad I. can't really get natural grown chicken eggs
 
I eat 4-8 eggs every single day, if im in a hurry i just crush 4 of them in a bowl and drink them. Bloodwork is immaculate.

Almost any nutrient in liver could be found in another food like milk, eggs, salmon, hell even turkey, chicken, cheese, or red meat could give you all the benefits of liver while not causing vitamin a overdose even in small amounts.

That is from 150 grams of beef liver. Even a small amount puts you at risk for overdosing on copper, iron, vitamin a, etc.

I have eaten 500 grams of liver a day muliple times and nothing bad happened. I listen to my own body, it tells me if something is not okay

But it’s true you don’t need a lot. A human liver is around 1.5 kg, so it makes up around 1.8% of the bodymass. Your consumed calories should reflect this

100-200 grams of liver per week is enough to reap it’s benefits

Those articles (besides science daily) are low IQ as fuck. Correlation does not equal causation, and dietary cholesterol is not a major influence in blood cholesterol for most people. I don’t even like eggs but obviously eggs are not “bad for you”
