I don't exactly have hollow cheeks but I had full cheekbone definition evern when I was 18-20% bf. I bet if I got jaw Implants/ fillers and leaned down more. I'd have hollow cheeks

Pagnoni recommended jaw Implants for me and recommended either to lose 3-4 kgs. And then get liposuction if I still somehow had face fat. He was saying i can tell you've got nice cheekbones and a decent jaw but it is covered in fat

U can easily take peptides that are for building muscle without having to gain a bunch of fat

Or if ur not into peptides just stay at the same bf% u are and just hit the gym and eat a lot of animal fat
