I like Coceanig results.. and he also does distractions.. maybe I can implement the device that Dr Sailer used (Temporary intraop. Distraction on the zygomatic buttress)

so he can move my maxillary base into the posterior third, move the mandible forward and chin forward with distraction

Isn't Gunson really expensive? also Sailer is too expensive. Sinn, I don't know if he does bimax and I cant find his consultation. zarrinabl and andrieschev I'll def look into them.

Robert Relle in LA - well known in private forums as a great surgeon, albeit more conservative than Gunson and as far as I know doesn't do implants

Derek Steinbacher at Yale - I know 2 young surgeons who trained under him, one in the general PS program and one as his craniofacial fellow, and they both think he walks on water. Negatives are he's kind of an autist and his consults are extremely brief

A private ps forum that I don't even think is active anymore. Relle is probably pretty expensive. Not sure whether he accepts insurance. But no one is as expensive as Gunson

I agree, I think this is why Dr Ramieri stopped doing semi chin wings which ccw rotation. It doesnt look good.

Its why he does genioplastys only now and look better imo.
