I will eat the food I mentioned in my previous posts. Non processed food and I will cut carbs. I have to do it now, I said this like almost a year ago or something. No more procrastinating I'm so tired of it. I'm tired of not being confident enough.

3L water | meat | eggs | dairy | vitamins
