Anyone know how to social max?

Even if you are able to ascend without social skills you will still just rot on this forum

Anyone want to make a guide or know how to become a social person in a few months?

Something like going outside everyday for 3 hours and talking to random people on the street

Anyone got any ideas?

You have to lower your anxiety first. If you are scared to talk with new people or strangers, thats the first step you need to fix.

Why do you have anxiety? How can you fix it?

Meds and therapy work but takes a while.

Fast results are just alcohol and taking drugs that lower inhib and go out and be social.

Dont know what to do if u have no friends.
But biggest socialmax is a drivers license + a job
I met most of my friends clubbing/going to parties/in school

Cold approaching = prison.
Join drawing course or musical instrument course, gym, or hope for the best walking around the bars at night
