I can't even turn on the TV or watch a Youtube video without being bombarded by fast food ads or seeing cooking videos with millions of views of how to make a fucking cheeseburger. JFL at not only putting that absolute junk in your body but also SPENDING TIME cooking/making it. Food addiction is no different than drug addiction and masses are obsessed with cooking food, going out to eat food, talking about food - Food is a a socially acceptable ADDICTION.

I am cutting hard right now and blackcoffeemaxxing. Everywhere I go I am reminded of this disgusting drug and I will have to stay strong because 10% body fat is waiting for me. I feel like garbage, hungry and pissed off, but I will have to stay strong because I don't want to be like the hordes of blue pilled normies shoving Mcdonalds and milkshakes in their faces.

If you need any kind of willpower to reach 10% I guarantee you with certainty that After a while (few weeks or months) you will return to your old bf composition. You are no special snowflake.

Everyone can stay lean if he doesn't eat more than 3 meals per day, it's that easy. Getting fat is a choice.

Food is my biggest cope. I should eat more anyways since I'm a lanklet, but when I'm depressed I instantly drive to get fast food.

If you're having to cut hard then you were guilty of the same thing you're ranting about, just three small/medium balanced meals, no more and exercise would get you to 10%.

Food is just another part of modern corporate "culture". It is no longer sustenance but another form of consumerism. It's best to detach oneself from food culture. If you look at the "food porn" all the fitness girls post on instagram 99% of it is multi-colored bowls of sugar. They are all starving and malnourishing themselves which is fine for a woman with no real beauty standards, but that culture is absolute kryptonite to a man trying to reach his potential.

Exactly, it's degeneracy. All these people posting cooking videos and pictures of their refined carbs/sugars.
 
In my country 90% of food contain sugar inculding canned fishes... Especially refined sugar is pretty easily absorbed by organism as a first choice so you are hungry again after few minutes.
