If you truly wanna ascend and become better looking, you should spend like 80% of your time softmaxing. That’s where most of the progress actually comes from.

The biggest things are:
  • Physique
  • Skin
  • Hair
  • Body weight / staying lean
There’s way more that goes into looking good, but these are some of the biggest factors. If you really wanna improve, start caring about the little things. Stay consistent with your training, diet, skincare, sleep, and hair care. None of it happens overnight.

I feel like a lot of people put all their hope into compounds thinking they’re gonna wake up looking like a Chad, but that’s not how it works. Compounds might help in some situations, but they won’t fix bad habits or replace years of taking care of yourself.
