Soft tissue changes with RME (including eyes)

Have you done any expansion yourself? What’d you use?
That’s probably why when I got RME as a kid I looked way better and my mandible grew along with it.
I’m currently at a 31 IMW extremely narrow, and getting fitted for ALF upper and lower to even have enough room to do an MSE or maybe 2.
Mind if I get your thoughts on my case in pms?

Great post, any chance you have visuals for soft tissue changes from MSE to compare? There’s some slight but noted asymmetrical changes with RME, I’d be interested to see if it’s worse with MSE

RME saved me as a kid, I wonder if it's better than MSE for a 21 year old.
