at 14 make sure ur sleeping 8-10 hours a night without fail, eat a balanced diet (do some research on optimizing diet for overall health), and be active via gym and social gatherings to ensure proper development.

you can try triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 topical cream it worked super well for my eczema. I think its prescription only tho so a doctor needs to sign off on it.

ive been on corticosteriods and after going off them my eczema flared up like crazy and it affects collagen production like crazy so idk

Dude dont surpress your appetite, if you are eating more than your body needs just cut down to a certain point where your body Will adapt but if you eat LESS than what your body needs then it wont be great. Just get at least 1500 kcal a day (good macros).
