Softmaxing/frauding for long philtrum

I wanted to know if there are any softmaxes or frauding I could do to make my philtrum look shorter. Obviously I could do something for my upper lip but I am not sure what. I am already thinking about getting a lip lift but I want to see what I could do until then. And I was also wondering if a Ultra Cavitation Machine could help me get rid of my jowels? I feel like they make my philtrum look worse in certain lighting, for example, the last picture.
