Only advice would be to use minoxidil instead of castor oil, and eat more than 100g of protein

Eh, I’m not too keen on minox, expensive and isn’t permanent, castor oil works best for me, cause I’ve seen results.:feelsgood:

the minoxidl and calorie deficit is a horrible idea. Other than that it looks good.

why are you cutting at 14 you gotta gymcel because not enough nutrients and shit will stunt your growth and u will regret it hard

Eh, I’m not too keen on minox, expensive and isn’t permanent, castor oil works best for me, cause I’ve seen results.:feelsgood:
Minoxidil is permanent for the eyebrows. If it isn't permanent then how would castor oil be permanent? They are both supposedly growth stimulants, with minox being the one with actual research behind it.

Exactly what @rwuiix said, which is why you shouldn’t be looksmaxxing at 14 anyway. The best you can do at your age is basically just what you listed.

Eat correctly, sleep 8+ hours, and get enough exercise, then when you’re 18 you’ll have optimal bone growth, you might not be a manlet and you can go on a calorie deficit and get lean.

You're using it for your eyebrows arent you? In that case it doesnt apply. People have used minox for eyebrows/beard and seen permanent results. For the normal hair on your scalp it doesnt apply since you're actively losing hair there and therefore have to maintain the growth

K don’t go further down than 10% and make sure you get enough protein and fats .Carbs are secondary and are not needed to stay alive.And pls cover your micronutrient
