low effort thread

over if u aint:

-putting oils (castor/coconut/almond/olive)/nutritious things in your eyebrows and eyelashes 3 times a day ( when u wake up, mid day, and before u sleep )

-using diy hair masks to further enhance your hair growth, hydration, texture and overall health 2-3 times per week

-sleeping on flat surfaces to decompress your spine from all the rotting

-dermarolling your hairline and eyebrows daily

-drinking 2.5 liters of water daily

↑ tbh this is easy and cheap as fuck even third world poorcels with 0 money can do it and will solely make people notice your looksmaxxing in the lest timespan possible ↑


-cleaning your teeth and pulling them with oil to whiten them

-sleeping 8+ hrs ( over for insomniac cels)

-avoid eating shit non nutritious food


but most importantly
planning your next hardmaxx/surgery/cosmetic enhancement

This all shit that's expected of you tbh. except the derma rolling and eating healthy. dead hangs are also good for spine decompression
