Solution for recessed chin and overjet, 17

Can I possibly fix my side profile at 17 through orthodontics or bone remodeling. I have protruding front teeth and a narrow palate. Maybe there is a chance I could grow my mandible forward but after years of mouth breathing it might be impossible.
