Solution to Back Acne?

I dont use any skincare on my face and its perfectly clear, i dont wanna hop on accutane cuz my face is already fine and i dont wanna risk having a purge phase, right now i use 97% rubbing alchohol on my back and thats about it.

deffinetly not that but i have bumpy texture thats somewhat deep and dosent come out over time.
