Is there any way to fix shit pfl, ik I can fat graft for upper eyelid exposure. I have a narrow skull tho and my eye area is def my main falio even tho I have a neutral ct because my pfl is prey tier

Being capped at a certain PSL because of unfixable failos is extemely depressing and demotivates me to looksmax
