Solutions for narrow ipd and temples?

Do you guys have any ideas how to fraud a wider ipd (with hair, mouth width etc.) and wider temples (apart from surgery)? Would appreciate some inputs, because these two things are the failos, that impact my attractiveness the most.

longer eyebrows, smaller nose bridge (although if non surgical you'd have to go for make up jfl)
But there's that surgery called orbital box osteotomy, it's just a 10 minute run the doctor's assistant can do, no risks, very cheap, basically everyone does it, maybe even your dentist
