I apply 3 times a week. Its very drying so moisturising is important. Dont apply everyday. Its not a one size fits all certainly but it worked for me.

I use it before bed. Its like wet wipes but thicker. You dab it where the spots are or all over your face.

Just wait 20 minutes and then moisturise
