Well I only looked at it for like 5 seconds so it could not be 1, but still a possibility,

First row (horizontally) has 2 pillar shapes horizontal on each side with the block shape in the middle

Second row has two pillar shapes vertical on each side with the block shape in the middle

Third row does not have that same pattern. But, it has the block shape and the two horizontal pillars. This means that the two vertical pillars are missing.
