2. Gluttony
During quarantine I have been eating and becoming addicted to carbs.
I sometimes just go to the kitchen to see if anything new is there.
THIS IS RETARDED BEHAVIOR.
Stop eating just when just bored, looksmax doesn't begin unless sub 15% bf
40% of your daily intake should be non-saturated fats
40% protein (eat fucking soy protein jfl its better than jew carbs)
20% carbs (bc its needed for brain function and FUCK keto)

Stop rotting here for hours on end and put that time to use.
We are all capable of doing the things to looksmax, but we don't have the will
For me, the act of getting up early to exercise might as well be death,
but, in order for a chance of ascension I MUST DO IT
If its really bad, find a friend, either IRL or make one on here who will keep you accountable
It can be hard to stay on track when you are by yourself, so having someone check on you is good

The entire premise of this site is that Looks DO matter.
No denying that, its the cold truth at this point.
But the next logical step from looks mattering, is comparison.
When you are jealous of someone and want their traits you are letting them live rent free in your head
As a blackpilled individual you should obviously know that you want OTHERS to feel that way about you,
but conversely you yourself need to learn how to let others not get to you.
There will always be someone taller, stronger, smarter, and more successful.
Sorry, not much you can do about that. You can think about it for a bit,
but you will have to move on and improve yourself to survive.
The same way some person lives rent free in your head,
someone else will think that way about you when you improve.
It's best to not think about them.
