Solving a long midface in it’s root cause as much as possible

Wasn't there someone from the .net or lokism days that had le fort 3 CCW as a non-deformed? He mentioned it gave him like 2 PSL + or something. I once saw a thread but cannot find it right now.

Jut your jaw out as far as possible. Does it still look long?

long midface is the most unfixable failo it seems. very brutal.
