Some grey questions about softmaxxing

First day doing hydrocortisone don't know exactly the routine I put it around my nose till there was a layer and left it for 15 minutes thought it will start leeching or sum as I heard but nothing really happened

Obviously there won't be noticeable changes at first but would like to get a opinion and also a routine

Also I have some stupid serum of minoxidil sinc ejanusry that I haven't used could it help me grow my eyebrows and my eyelashes?
