In "3rd World Countries" a lot of people with disabilites are just left to die
only in the so called modern nations these people have a chance to live a somewhat normal like life with the possibility to reproduce with eachother
but surely if something was to happen and a law was enforcec we would elimnate stuff like this
out of pocket but hitler tried to wipe out such things with "Aktion T4" in which he killed all the people who were mentally challanged and most with disabilities
