Somebody tell me if i need a palate expander pls

How many teeth is your smile? Do you have a lisp? Do you have breathing issues? do you have crowding? Is your pallet more of a wide U shape or narrow/triangle shaped? If yes or the obvious negative answer to most of these questions you probably have a narrow palate. I can’t see your actual palate in your other posts but from the photos you put up an expander of some sort would probably benefit you.
