im starting gym tmrw i need a gym routine someone give me the exercises i should be doing aswell or like js tell me wht u guys do for upper lower pleaseeeeeee

Sagital row (lower grip row)

Cable lateral raises

Genuine question, what is the roi of a lower day if your legs aren't extremely skinny which they shouldn't be naturally if your a guy? You should focus on just upper body atleast for your first year of training
