well if you're desperate for more height then perhaps you should consider taking drastic measures such as pinning or start cycling already to make most of your puberty and genetics. Or just take it slowly and go at your own pace by doing small softmaxes and slowly perfecting your potential

so a year of gym, tretinoin and minoxidil and insoles

definitely, most foids can't tell a difference between 5'10 or 6ft especially in public when you're wearing shoes that add at least an inch or two to your height so you'd definitely mog your mtn tall friend regardless if he was like 3 inches taller than you by then

its weird most foids think i am between 5'5-5'7 even tho i am like 5'8 (they also think my 6'2 friend is like 5'11) height inflation is crazy i am like 172cm so just under but still

body proportions also play a huge role on how tall people perceive you as. try to wear slim fits/ pants that create an illusion that you have tall/long legs and short torso

thats basically what softmaxxing is when you have a decent genetic base right?
yeah, all those things u listed will start showing progress in the long term in the meantime you can implement the small softmaxes that take less time
