You must be eating too much

you good bro
sometimes the body takes more time to burn fat

so do my physically intensive stuff
go to your caloric deficit limit (aka you need only 1300 cals to work out so only eat that much beforehand)

and eat only high protein

It’s just hard to believe I’ve lost basically nothing. I need to get more protein in but it’s physically impossible on my cut

What is the total amount of calories you are -1000 cals from?

no lol be pretty insane if you did, your obv not doing something right so figure it out

if you're 2 lazy, pin
Can’t really with my family

64kg 1500 cals
At that weight 1500 is probably about your bmr to begin with. So if you're not an active person, the only thing which could put you in a deficit is calories burned in actual exercise, which is super inaccurate to estimate. You're probably not nearly as deep in a deficit as you think.

Fasting is the best way to lose weight, you can literally do like a whole month of weight loss in 4 days. Do a protein sparing modified fast if you're worried about losing muscle (can look it up)

Usually the case would be because when ur in a deficit for so long ur cortisol levels rise so water retention increases but not losing any weight at that time is crazy bro 😭😭

Are u sure ur tracking correctly

Impossible to not lose weight unless you are 50 fucking pounds. You have to track your calories properly and you probably drink shit with calories in them too.

Age? Weight? Height? How much have you been in deficit?

Yea I mean sometimes I go 100- 200 calories over on some days but I make sure to do the exercise to burn it off

I am very active, gym everyday for 2 or more hours and walk/bike everywhere. Won’t you gain it back if you start eating again after the fast. For me the calories I should be eating to maintain weight 2400, and says 1500 for extreme weight loss (1kg per week) which isn’t working

My fat just won’t go
What fat do you have at 64Kg 5’9??? Ur only putting ur body in a survival mode, and telling your hormones to work low because your organs and another functions need the calories of your “fat”

I will make a thread about why leaning under 19yo isnt optimal and @ you
Ok alg, I do agree but there is just no way for getting rid of the fat. Planning on doing this for a month more if I actually start to lose fat, then lean bulking

If your maintenance really is 2400 calories then spending three days fasting would put you in a 7200 calorie deficit, which equates to just slightly less than 1kg of fat loss. Two weeks + of fat loss on a typical diet condensed into the span of three days. Obviously if you binge like crazy, no diet will work for you.

As for why you're not losing weight now, the most obvious answer is your numbers are just off somehow, either you're consuming way more calories than you think or you're burning way less than you think. These would be the first things to check. Another possibility is that you are losing fat and the stress induced hormonal signals are causing water retention. Instead of just looking at the scale, you can track waist measurements every day and see if the numbers are trending down in spite of the scale

You’re obviously not hitting any deficit at all. Stop coping and start tracking everything single gram of food you put into your mouth fat ass

If you dont lose weight you are definitely not in a deficit

Thanks so much for this. I’m definitely on point with the calories but could possibly be water retention
