You have to first determine your skin type. You either have dry, oily, or combination skin.

Find a cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF that works for your skin type.

For acne spot treatment use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, depends on what type of acne you have.

Diet is also important, make sure you get proper nutrition and hydration. Cardio also helps.

Once you have a good routine down you can optionally try a retinol.

Don’t fall for marketing scams lots of skincare stuff is BS.

Yeah i was thinking of just taling ghk-cu(not topical) and also using microneedle to produce collegen, but i dont eant the synthetic ghk-cu to stop my natty collegan production cus im young so its likley at its peak rn,this is alot helpful ty bro, i think i have dry skin but sonetimes its oily so ig conbination
