This thread is gonna cover spermidine which I randomly came across while researching compounds, its effects seem to be promising but it does have little research on its effects on estrogen, and it is never explained how it blocks it so if you’re looking for that then I can’t help you.
I will censor all brand names because this is not an ad
Im gonna cover 5 things in this thread
1. What I found
2. Wheat germ form
3. Synthetic form (3HCL)
4. And my final thoughts
1. So while I was looking at random compounds I ran across spermidine, And I saw hundreds of synthetic and natural compounds before this so I expected nothing but when I was searching up the side effects I ran across a singular independent study by Nutritional Research at Nokomis Research Inc Which stated: 83% of men experienced a 55.9% decrease in estradiol in 30 days. This indicates that spermine and spermidine may be potent estrogen-blocking supplements. And this has similar effects as low dose aromatase inhibitors so this is pretty potent.
2.This is the natural way to get spermidine and it is decently priced but not much is absorbed, anything natural besides wheat germ should be avoided
3. For this we have the 3HCL form which is made in a lab so it is completely pure and the best form to buy, but it is way more expensive. If you’re looking for something most similar to aromatase inhibitors then this is your best pick.
4. Final thoughts. Since there is only one study for this im not saying this is a replacement for aromatase inhibitors, but I am trying to say it looks promising and its worth a try for some people, personally I still use aromatase inhibitors, but I wouldnt go as far to say this is completely cope. There really isnt much to say about spermidine because there is such little information on its effects on estrogen.
