The Spiteful Mutant hypothesis is not the name of a generic goregrind band but a theory postulated by Michael A. Woodley of Menie, Matthew Sarraf, Edward Dutton, and a plethora of other brilliant men. As technology “progressed”, so did the great expansion of the size of cities and the proportion of the people that live in them, while current agricultural technology has enabled humanity to maintain a significantly denser population than it ever has before and modern medicine had drastically dropped the rate of infant mortality. Thus, the Industrial Revolution and its consequences have resulted in lax selection and, as a result, the accumulation of genetic mutations that are gravely adverse to genetic and moral hygiene.
Increased mutational load indicates that humans started thinking and acting in ways that were maladaptive, as around 84 percent of the human genome is related to brain development. The conundrum is further complicated by the fact that such individuals might compel those nearby, including those with genetically healthy individuals, to act in similar maladaptive/anti-social behavior. These are the “Spiteful Mutants” referred to in Dutton’s title. The reason why the behavior of these subhumans is considered “spiteful” is due to the fact that they are always destructive to others while benefiting themselves, so to speak. This doesn't mean that antisocial behavior should be tolerated (in fact the opposite) or incels should not improve themselves but instead accept that they are genetically unfit, inequality is inherent in nature, and that it would be a benefit for mankind to stay out of the gene pool.
