Jo so i saw someone make a reverse pull facemask with onr of those covid masks and a pen and braces with elastics attached and i got splints in but no braces. Can i still do this?

no. this likely won't do shit, will probably misalign your teeth, and do more damage than good. i doubt it's efficacy too, surely the tension isn't high enough to do anything, even when wearing for multiple hours a day
