Was wondering if it’s better to take my full 8iu dose in morning, or split 4 and 4 morning and night? I think it fucks with my sleep but I can’t tell, also I’m not always the best having a 2hr + fasted window at night, so idk. Does it make a difference or can I just take the full 8 in morning
