I need something to make me go to sleep earlier bc recently I’ve been falling asleep at like 12pm-1am.
Ive taken 3mg melatonin and 400mg magnesium glycinate before bed and it just makes me slightly sleepy (might be placebo).
Anyone got anything else I can I add to try and make myself pass out
