Stack of pills to instantly go to sleep?

I need something to make me go to sleep earlier bc recently I’ve been falling asleep at like 12pm-1am.

Ive taken 3mg melatonin and 400mg magnesium glycinate before bed and it just makes me slightly sleepy (might be placebo).

Anyone got anything else I can I add to try and make myself pass out

take 2 pills of melatonin
 
Depression is pretty good. Doesn't require any pills, and it can make you shut down pretty quick even after sleeping for 12 hours.

Not really I’m just a jawlet. I remember I used to think I was way uglier than I actually was, and I could just look in the mirror, get sad and go to bed instantly.

Now just doesn’t work anymore

Wake up early, and be as active as possible during the day. I wake up at 4:30 AM then I workout after that I go to work where I take like 15000 steps a day and move loads of crates, doing that it takes 5 minutes to fall asleep and I go to bed at 8:30-9:00 PM

you need to fix the underlying problem which is probably depression/stress related. short-term there are many drugs you can use to fall asleep faster and increase sleep quality.

works but has side effects:
phenibut, diazepam, zolpidem, etizolam, doxylamine, temazepam, doxepin

mostly cope but works for some:
melatonin, ashwaghanda, magnesium, 5-HTP, CBD Oil

Low Iq if ur not sleeping up to at least 7am. Ofc ur gonna sleep easily if ur sleep deprived jfl

nah this shit is too dangerous. I have prescription for them but i take them very rarely, they drain me out really hard and i just fall asleep in the middle of the day for like 3-4 hours

But for once try to take like 10000-15000 steps a day I guarantee u can sleep in earlier also dont take stimulants in the afternoon
 
I've heard increasing the melatonin dosage rly doesn't do much. I've been taking 300mg phenibut occasionally before bed, works great. You could try ashwa too
