Is there a way to have more stamina? I started playing basketball and I see that after 15 mins of a 1v1 im almost dead

I was thinking about sprinting/jogging or are there other methods beside cardio?

good diet, use cucumber+tomato juice for hydration instead of water
raw milk also good
dont use energy on anything else
