No. keep in mind that you need to reapply sunscreens every 2 hours. And sunscreen won’t help shit if you’re staying inside.
Maybe if your sunscreen is combined with moisturizer then yes

The stronger the spf the more it blocks your skin which cause more acne and worsen the acne you already had.
But if your a person who is genetically gifted by having great skins then use 40+ spf while
You can, your gifted man. I personally use 25+ since my skin is very oily and sensitive to acne.






Notes:

High iq. i use that cera ve sunscreen, i would recommend using a sunscreen with a higher spf with it too
