I’m taking steps toward reducing facial bloating—adding some cardio after my workouts and starting a potassium supplement. I know it might sound a little corny, but I’m curious if anyone else is doing anything that’s helped with face debloating or water retention.

If no advice, can I get good sites to research this topic on

tbf debloat is mostly just carb depletion, drink ton of water while exercising and fat loss. Just ask chatgpt ab these stuff and u'll get all answers

I do a 10 mile run before bed always, 1000x easier and you still reap the long term results, plus better recovery

literally the worst time to do it

you'll js got to sleep and when u wake up ur aldosterone will be spiked and it wont make a difference then
if ur gonna do one do it in the morning unless u simply dont care about debloating
Diuretics will do a 10x better job anyways

Debloating is mostly just losing fat, any sort of cardiovascular excersize will increase fat burning, so then it doesn’t really matter. As I said already yeah if you’re looking for same day results it’s better to do it first thing in the morning

That's fair, I'm trying to take it a step further though, gonna practice lymphatic drainage for a month and see where i'm at. I'll start HCTZ or some other diuretic next year maybe :feelswat:
