The strength gains are absolutely INSANE.

Squat twice a week 5x5 + warmup = insane gains

Doing this I reached a level where I can do 5x5 315 lbs (140 kg) with relative ease at 75 kg body weight.

Make sure your legs rest for at least 2 days after each session.

i have a strenght day 5x5 every monday where i squat and deadlift and a hypertrophy day thursday where i squat and legpress 4x10

i went from 60kg squats to 100kg squats in 30 days its insane. i didnt check my onerepmax yet but i think i can squat 130kg right now

The strength progression on legs is by far the easiest to gain.

I consider doing squats 1x per week for balance in general + maybe some looks
but if I questionm upper body workout of waste of time, what with legs? theres no motivation for me

Push (chest, shoulders, tricep)
Pull (bicep, back)

You will in no time. Really easy to progress on squat.

I spent two years just doing legpress because squats used to hurt my lower back
Then I couldn't legpress consistently because adding more weight was fucking up my knees
Now squats dont hurt back for some reason and they feel good
