The strength gains are absolutely INSANE.
Squat twice a week 5x5 + warmup = insane gains
Doing this I reached a level where I can do 5x5 315 lbs (140 kg) with relative ease at 75 kg body weight.
Make sure your legs rest for at least 2 days after each session.
