start taking cold showers

used to take them every now and then, or cold during last minute of shower. didn't get much benefits of that, and the cold was too much of a shock to my body.

i kid you not I have taken a cold shower (short and all the way cold) every day of the past week or so, and I feel amazing. dopamine and productivity is at a high. super low inhib and people are noticing and mentioning my sharpness/energy. it's like adderall atp, highly recommend it.

*might be the workout routine i run with it aswell, every 2-3 days

also body looks more lean and shredded with cold showers, thinks it helps burn the body fat especially around torso

i get myself as hot as I can, so I can crave the cold. so jogging a mile or so. that helps lean my body out too

-summertime too so that helps, I really wouldn't want to do this in the fall/winter

I started just because my productivity was crashing out, I study hard and procastinate every day so even diet doesn't boost my productivity enough. just was kinda an instinct to jump in there when its cold and I'm still kinda sweaty, game changer.

honestly consistency is key though because its way easier and less taxing to do it every day, instead of just now and then. used to do that and I would pass out from the T spike or the shock, literally fall asleep lmfao

maybe for you, not me though.

my T and collagen is peak rn, and my skin is sensitive to warm water anyway so I need to take mild hot showers max, and not that long too. easily dries out with warm water

It’s not either hot or cold water, you should have normal temperature water
