startd getting random (non concurrent) ptosis in one eye...how to fix this ? ? ?

for the past two months i have startd to wake up with ptosis every once in a while. its completely fuckn random which is retarded. today idid and i destroys me massively cause my eye area is decent

mite be one of few factors:

my diet..my dorm only serves junk sodium filled junk food :/
might also be sleep schedule i get 6 hours of sleep usually due to my dorm FACING THE FUCKING ROAD but idk..
and then it could be due to the fact i am a side sleeper
maybe allergies? i have allergies sometimes

but idk. also worth to note its not causing me any vision problems and i dont have any other symptoms for anythng srs

help me how do i make it permanently stop if i start to look like this i will legit ronnie on stream srs

old thread asf but for me I have the same issue from allergies,just dont tozch your eyes and use eyedrops and you will be fine but if its permament you will need a surgery
