okay so i started a new diet: 1.2kg of turkey breast each day with a huge bowl of porridge in the morning which comes to around 3700kcal daily. theoretically nutritionally complete with that i should theoretically gain like 10-12 kilos till summer. takes me roughly 3hours daily to eat it when im doing something in front of my computer just eating the turkey as if it was chips.
