Did about 5 minutes of each will do it again when i wake up. what other softmaxxes should i start doing and how long to do each for?

Lean down, diet & water, work out, try debloat, skincare, softmaxx like hair/fashion/etc, and that is basically about it.

Try decreasing your gonial angle by putting a rope around your neck and hang this will use the gravity force to change your mandible
