if you can quit for 3 days youre in a good spot , dont stress it. maybe your body craves the nicotine? no harm in that, nicotine proven good 4 u. Find things to do that can stimulate you more than the feeling you get when you smoke and you can easily quit.

Yes, but bad influences. I used to be very low inhib, NT, and I was relatively popular in HS, but definitely not chad. I would smoke a pack a day. Back then, cigarettes were cheap.
