Starting a 10 day fast today

Last time was 5 days - now double.

During that fast I lost about 1 cm of waist circumference per day (77 cm to 72 cm). Right now I'm 75 cm, so I'm almost guaranteed to reach my 69 cm goal.

Will post daily weight and waist stats ITT.

Already finished 1% of the fast
 
It's pretty exciting. The longest I did last time was 5 days and that felt pretty euphoric towards the end. It was hard at times though. I really don't have to do anything hard during this period of time. No pressure. I don't even really have to take walks if that feels bad. Of course, I'll stay active as long as it feels good, but I'll literally allow myself to lay around all day if I don't have any energy. I have no idea how I'm going to feel past the 5 day mark. All I know is I'll be super ripped. Maybe more ripped than I've ever been in my life. People will notice me then. If they don't then I'll be too weak to go ER anyways. Not sure what will happen with my life if I fail, but that's for a later date to decide. Right now I'm just trying to stay focused on my goal. I haven't given up yet.

Weight: 74.8 kg
Waist: 74 cm

Feeling a lot lighter today. Almost bounced outta bed. Not hungry yet. Very confident that I will reach my goal!

The big question is how do I stay lean after I stop dieting? The answer is probably complicated, but in essence, I'll have to gradually (key word) increase the calories and carefully watch my waist/weight so as to not put on any more than 2-3 kg/cm max. This is a complete lifestyle change. I wouldn't do it if I didn't think I could maintain it year round.

Just eat meat. Carnivore diet.

I need phytoestrogens from food, but maybe I could do something like a Paleo diet.

i probably weigh 71kg by now since i've barely been eating for the last 3-4 days

I used to be a gymcel, so that's why my weight is still so high even though I'm lean. When I started lifting I weighed like 60 kg. Nowadays I only workout at home like every other day (not right now though because of the fast).
